Hello!
Hope you’re doing well and enjoying the early promises of Summer.
We are halfway through the Out of Hours podcast season - and it’s been great. It feels great to be reaching so many people - especially when I have the opportunity to share stories like Rob Bilott’s - the lawyer that the New York Times termed ‘DuPont’s Worst Nightmare’ in his dogged and persistent unravelling of the Teflon scandal - which started as just a side project on top of his normal legal case work.
Really important things start on the side - both for your own growth development and for the world - and I’m passionate at helping more people kick start their own.
I’m determined to encourage more people to take on small bets - and see what they grow into - as I truly believe we are all creative and have so much to offer the world.
As part of that, I am launching another Side Project Sprint.
About the Sprint
This is a 6 week programme, designed for tiny groups to make massive progress. We will be running group discussion sessions as well as deep work sessions - and it’s all designed to help you dedicate proper time to your own ideas - something that is super hard to do when you have a full time job and all of life’s distractions.
You can sign up here for early bird pricing - and you even get a Papier productivity planner for free :)
Also, in case you missed it, the last few episodes of the podcast are linked below. Perfect for a Sunday spring clean or to accompany your cooking or walks:
Sharmadean Reid, talks web3, ownership of the internet and NFT’s.
Rob Bilott, the lawyer fom Dark Waters, talks about how he discovered one of America’s biggest cover ups: the DuPont Teflon scandal.
Ben Branson, the founder of the non-alcoholic spirit Seedlip, talks building from scratch, and why creative frustration led to business success.
As always, email me with any thoughts - and I hope you can join in soon!
